Does it need the internet?
Yes. Recognition runs on fast cloud hardware — that's what makes it accurate and near-instant on any Mac. Your audio is processed in memory and discarded; nothing is stored on our servers.
What languages does it speak?
More than fifty — and it keeps up when you switch languages mid-sentence. No settings to change; just speak.
What happens to my voice?
